Justice Department: Because of warrant-proof encryption, the government often cannot obtain the evidence necessary to investigate and prosecute threats.
Also Justice Department: literal evidence collected by a grand jury must remain secret, even if it can solve a crime.

Try ‘Summer Love’ which involves a tech company and lots of HR violations, but you suspend disbelief for that part. 😂
