Fortunately, my dad is still here, and he is eligible, so he can make the request, but I am saddened for all of those who lose their connection to the past.
One of the more frustrating things about genealogy is trying to get vital records (births, deaths, etc) from states that don't allow open access on old records. Latest is Iowa, I have a relative that was born there in 1919 and died in 1979, but I'm not eligible for it.
Crazy, I received a phishing link via FB Messenger for @Facebook and there isn't a way to report it.
