Dear everyone: my phone won't turn on. I noticed it was off, I have tried repeatedly to turn it back on, and even when I plug it in to charge it there is no sign of life. Any ideas?

FALSE ALARM. I charged it all night, pressed the power button a ton of times, pressed many buttons, and it turned on, eventually. This may persist, but at least I'm okay for now. So glad I backed up my photos. THANK YOU EVERYONE! :)

Might be the charging cable doesn’t have a good connection with the phone, so it charges much slower. Maybe lint build-up? Or bad cable?

It's always charged fine. It's so weird. I took the plastic cover off when I reset the SD cards. Maybe something was in it blocking the power button or something?

Or the case was pressing down on one of the buttons? Glad it’s working now!
