I love calling companies and authenticating via automated system, then talk to a live agent and having to auth a second time on same call. Don't ask for auth if you're not going to use it! (looking at you @Dell)

Bill, that's every utility and credit card company out there! "Please type or say your account #" only to be transferred to someone who might be able to help, asking please give me your acct number and ss# and maiden name...etc...what a waste!

Yes, super annoying. Calling out Dell because they’re a tech company and could fix it if they wanted to. Hoping my tweet gets it on their Voice of Customer roadmap.
