Is the source code for Intelligent Tracking Prevention available in the webkit repo? And if so, can you provide a link to it? Thanks!

The parts that can be are in open source. There is no one place where it is.

The behavior is hard to predict, was hoping for deeper understanding from the source vs setting up test environment.
