@jasonhuck We have one older tablet that we share in our family. No compelling reason to get another one.

@bilcorry Yep. I have an iPad 2 that still runs the latest iOS and apps. I barely use it, but my kids love it.
@bilcorry Instead of upgrading, I got a Toshiba Chromebook 2 and installed linux on it. Pretty powerful and sleek for $279.
@bilcorry @jasonhuck I am still very happy with my iPad 2 and will certainly get a new one, when this one breaks down. But not before that.

@jolle_c Keep it away from your basement and it should last a long time. Tablets don't do well with fires and floods.
