@bilcorry The decision to promote Sarah to ED seems to be supported by most even if the process was imperfect. We will do better next time.

@owasp Maybe. Reaction by BoD seems to be 'we did nothing wrong' which misses the point. Learning comes from understanding.

@manicode It's not about the decision and never has been (at least for me). Lucky you hired a great candidate, otherwise there'd be 2 issues
