@azwilsong @manicode That's what the BoD thinks the issue is about (promoting Sarah) but it's not, which is why I doubt anything will change

@bilcorry The decision to promote Sarah to ED seems to be supported by most even if the process was imperfect. We will do better next time.

@owasp Maybe. Reaction by BoD seems to be 'we did nothing wrong' which misses the point. Learning comes from understanding.

@azwilsong @bilcorry I •think• Bil is upset that we did not do a search for other candidates. That's a fair concern, even if I disagree.

@manicode @azwilsong I have no concerns with the lack of search. The issue is communication, which the staffers captured in their email.

@bilcorry Bil, we informed our other director (Kate) and in general did the best we could. The •decision• was supported by staff, btw.
