@bilcorry When things done in private lead to more power for the board that is bad. But we stripped power from the board. I feel we did good

@manicode A quick hire from within the org doesn't have that appearance. Not saying the choice was wrong, just that it appears odd.

@bilcorry And again, operational control of OWASP just shifted from a part time board to a full time director. This is long overdue...

@manicode Seems prudent if the BoD researched the options + candidates then acted in the best interest of the org.
