Am I the only one that finds the Apple Store super chaotic and unorganized? Me: I’m ready to buy a phone. How do I get my name on a list to be helped? Apple Store: Stand by this table and eventually someone will notice you need help.

Our local Apple Store is very organized and almost seems over staffed. There’s a line outside the door, reps come and pick you up, take you in discuss product, “order” from the back, stock is brought to them while they discuss warranty and other options, etc we were impressed.

You’re so lucky. I waited 15 minutes to find out the product was out of stock and ended up ordering online from home.
