Why does @Acrobat Reader on the Mac force me to sign in every time I use it? Guess it’s time to uninstall. There are a lot of choices for PDF readers, including the one that comes with my Mac. Baffled at their strategy, but best wishes with that.

Hi there, hope you are doing well. Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader you are using? Go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure the application is updated to version 23.06.20360. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer. (1/2) ^AD

I tried to update and it said I’m on the latest version.

Hi there, please try to retrieve or store the licensing info. Go to Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. In the upper-left corner, under Keychains, click log in. (1/2) ^AD
