That’s not the term I’m used to. Browser security typically means the security of the browser engine and application. I.e. defense against memory corruption & system sandbox escapes, and hardening of inter-process communication. You’re free to use whatever term. Just mentioning.

It sounds like the role is about detecting bad browsers and telling a server about it, to defend site owners. True? If so, Malicious Browser Detection Engineer would be pretty spot on. Not catchy but it would tell candidates what it’s about.
