I wanted to print a 2009 article from the @WSJ, but their website insisted I had to subscribe because I was out of "free articles". I don't normally read the WSJ, but whatever. It's $8 and I'll cancel right after I print it. 馃У馃憞

I pay the subscription, and go back to the article (which btw, is not findable via their search function. Apparently indexing their articles is hard?).
Article is still locked and says I need to subscribe. Tf? I'm a subscriber now. So I give it a few minutes, still no go.

So I call. And spend 10 minutes with the agent trying to find my account using my name, phone, address, email, account number, and order number. It doesn't exist in their system. So that's 10 minutes of my life gone. Her advice was to wait until their systems catch up.

I wait a couple of hours, I still can't read the article. So I think, maybe I should log out, then log back in. I log out and instantly the article appears. Turns out the article is readable when I'm not logged in, but it won't let me read it with my subscription?馃槀
