Dear @Microsoft, you need a new product manager for the Mac @onedrive client, and probably a completely new strategy and roadmap for its development. Not sure how turning it into a virus is helpful to anyone.

Ask yourself why the product exists at all, and is seemingly incompetent in a very crowded space of cloud drives. If you could switch to another cloud drive, you would. They have you trapped, their goal is to switch you to Windows by making the Mac product unusable.

For all I know, the Windows client is just as bad. It seems like they are pursuing a strategy aimed at protecting corporate IP regardless of how hostile they have to be to end users, and they aren’t considering some very common use cases.
