I always find this argument fascinating: because I benefitted from this in some form, the same must be true for everyone else. Particularly fascinating given that a great percentage of attorneys don’t even deal with property law. #AbolishtheBarExam
It's July, so law prawfs who didn't practice law are dumping on the bar exam again. Having practiced, it really was useful to learn the black letter property law my practice-hating property prawf skipped over in favor of a 2-week discussion of whether trees should have standing.

The best way to overhaul the bar exam is to make all attorneys take it every five years, except judges, who have to take it annually.
I find people are far more motivated to solve the problems that directly impact them.
