So ... based on personal anecdotal data involving elimination testing it looks like Beyond Meat and pea protein based shakes (Vega Sport) contributed to my #gout. In case that helps anyone. I don't drink anymore and am vegan so I was trying to figure out what it was!

I am less convinced pea protein (beyond and Vega) we’re triggers for #gout. Sorry. Have avoided and still seeing issues, so the anecdotal self tracking method (while internally compelling) failed…. (@lnxdork & @kuzushi )
