Not orthotic, but I only buy the mens version of these, they’re awesome. I’m on pair number 3 over the last 10 years and I wear them ALL the time. I do mile+ walks in them. I’m nearly ready to buy a new pair. olukai.com/products/ohana-wo…

They feel a bit “full” when new, but you will wear into them over a few weeks. Might be worth a try.
