So @Venmo sends a notice that to opt out of its new arbitration agreement, we must PRINT AND MAIL IN our request? Sounds like a dark pattern to me. Not hard to add an "opt out" button, or even better, an "opt in" button. Seems they really don’t want us to do it. How is this ok?

I mailed my opt-out today. I feel sorry for whoever has to open these letters, scan them, and process them.
