I hit up 24/7 tech support chat *last night* and they just got back to me and told me if I didn't respond in two hours the ticket would be closed. This ticket closing without actually fixing anything is getting out of hand. What is this, the FOIA office?

If responding to them is via email, you could setup an auto-responder for just them. “Thank you for your msg. If you’re asking if I still want the documents, the answer is YES.”
