Real talk: I put on 40lbs last year thanks to new meds and Covidtimes. I need to lose it, and I need to build core strength. I can't get my heart rate up high enough by just walking, but the extra weight makes running very painful. Other than "peloton" what has worked for you?

I lost 60 lbs by changing only my diet. It was fairly easy, no calorie restrictions or counting, just eating whole food vegan. I was never hungry. But depending on your current diet, it could be harder for you. Try it for two weeks, you’ll see results. drmcdougall.com/articles/fre…
