Looking for an example of a design that helps users sustain focus for long periods of time. I'm writing about systems that help end users conserve energy (mental and/or physical energy) and I'm looking for a good example that can illustrate the lesson.

I wonder if the advances in security cameras is applicable? It used o be a security guard would have to watch multiple video feeds for hours. Now the systems alert on footage to review, freeing the security guard from constant monitoring.
