Stop me if you've heard this one BUT I feel like it still needs to be said: Recruiters and Hiring Manager get ghosted by job seekers too.

I take the time to say “no thanks” to recruiters that reach out with jobs I’m not interested in, couldn’t imagine ghosting recruiters ACTIVELY trying to help me. I’ve only had a few ghosts as a job seeker, biggest were Microsoft and Nike. I’m naming them because I’m still bitter

Well you sir are a gentleman and a scholar. I cannot claim perfection in this department, but retweeted to speak to the humanity on both sides of this process. I also have exp some companies that left things bitter.
