I wonder if it’s also true for GPA? Do students with the highest GPA not do as well psychologically and ethically?

That could easily be the case. But it can also be the case with students who have the lowest/lower GPAs as well because they have the added stigma (ridicule from peers, teachers, and family) causing strife of not performing well in school.
