There's a nuanced, intelligent discussion to be had about Section 230, but one one in any party is having it. I agree with @cagoldberglaw. In extreme cases, people harmed by content moderation decisions need to be able to sue - but the answer isn't to destroy 230 altogether.

I really do encourage you to read @cagoldberglaw's book, "Nobody's Victim." It changed my mind on it. The horror stories truly shocked me. Without the possibility of any consequence, tech companies will never address this the way they need to.

Changed my mine as well, although I recommend the audio version, it’s even better in Carrie’s badass voice. Fair warning, you’ll be tempted to have those nuanced convos about 230.... and people will think you want to destroy the internet. Clearly everyone should read it first.
