Interesting vendor management tactic. Put an additional agreement on the check sent to the vendor. Wonder what happens when the person authorized to endorse checks is not authorized to signed agreements on behalf of the company?

Legality may vary by state. Combining a contract with a check has been an unsolicited loan tactic.
