Who has good data on USPS delivery times by zip code? Who sends enough regular mail with some way to track receipt in a reasonable way? Credit card companies and card activation? Someone else?

Talk to @dvdnetflix - they mail thousands of DVDs to people all over the US each week.

How would they know when people receive them? That was what I was trying to get at...
