I have difficulty focusing on speech for more than ~3min unless it's interactive or paired with text (subtitles, slides). Lectures and talks are extremely painful, sometimes even with slides. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, does it have a name I can google?

This has been me forever. I slept through lectures. I ended up getting diagnosed with adult ADHD.
