As soon as you give kids a grade, you close the learning...wrap it up and they stop there. We want to give feedback NOT grades. This requires a lot of process. You need clearly established rules for reviewing and revising. #chaptersinquiry @ISLuxembourg @YongZhaoEd

As soon as you give kids a grade, their intrinsic motivation to learn becomes extrinsic motivation to learn, which is a very poor motivator in comparison.
