Disputing a charge in the @apple @iTunes store via @paypal results in Apple blocking PayPal as a payment method, in violation of PayPal ToS: "You shall not discriminate against PayPal, nor discourage its use, as a payment option over any other payment option offered by you."
If you're going to build a store, FFS, build in a proper customer service experience. I cancelled an app subscription with @apple on Sunday, then yesterday (two days later), Apple charged me anyhow. (thread 👇)

Keep in mind, I've been using PayPal as a payment method for iTunes for close to a decade. It's not like I'm a new account trying to defraud Apple. Usually Apple customer service resolves my issues, but this time they were unreachable, so I used my right to dispute via PayPal.
