Not sure what's going on here, but it appears @Barbie Dreamhouse Adventures on iOS offers the same subscription ranging from $6.99 a month to $14.99 a month, and defaults to $9.99 a month. Is this some sort of financial literacy test?

I think it’s more of a transparency thing. Historic offerings are also shown, even if they are not available any more.
