by consensual do you mean those we received nonconsensually that we consent to put to good use?

i remember asking this question a few years ago - is it really revenge porn if the pictures were sent non-consensually. the answers i got were mostly "it depends" IANAL, but i think in this case it would probably be OK. but it would depend on the state. still kinda sketch.

also (and i know this is disturbing to think about, but bears mentioning) there's always the risk of the fuckhead that sent the dickpic being underage. and that would be a huge yikes.

In that case, you would be the victim of a crime, and without knowing the pic is of someone underage, it seems unlikely you would be prosecuted for 'reporting' it. That begs the question: why isn't there someplace for us to report unsolicited sexual photos w/o risk of penalty?
