Getting moving quotes, have now: - entered information on a web form. - had someone call me and verify data on the web form so the local office can call me. - had local office call and re-verify each piece of info so someone can come give estimate. Terrible UX.

It’s all funneling and lead generation, and even the movers and truck that show up are likely not who you contract with. That’s why I went with PODS, it also is annoying phone calls, but at least I can control the loading, scheduling, and lock.
