This isn’t in the poll, but I think a really under appreciated set of soft skills is what I’ll call influence and persuasion, essentially being able to get support from adjacent teams when you don’t have the ability (or desire) to demand compliance.

Totally agree! I tell those I mentor that being effective in #infosec is 50% technical and 50% influence.
