The article describes gestures of care that were too close for these women. Everyone’s boundaries are different but the spin makes it sound like harassment the ladies say it wasn’t. Real physical & economic harassment is rampant; just not in this article.

It’s so true. We allow 20% pay discrimination & female leadership systematically pushed down but get lost in the fine lines of non sexual nor threatening hugs. As a woman who has experienced the entire harassment and assault playbook, I get it. We need whole self autonomy.
