The last couple of months @googlechrome has become unreliable when loading cached resources, with the error "err_cache_read_failure". I've seen it on Win10 and Mac, with and without extensions, different networks, etc. Anyone know what is going on? /cc @mikewest

Would you mind filing a bug? I can poke some network folks. It might be helpful if you can grab a network trace (assuming this is at all reproducible?).

It's sporadic, but I'll do my best to capture the network when it happens. The problem is that it's a failed read of the cache, which I don't think will show up in a network capture, but reloading the page fixes it, so maybe there's network activity with it. Thanks!
