Anyone know of a good PCB milling machine that cleanly cuts 6-8mil traces and pads? Double sided, 0.2-0.4mm board. The $100-200 eBay options seem too sloppy, but do I need to splurge $3200 on a Bantam? Trying to find the best way to do fast & cheap prototyping for tiny PCBs.

Are you in the Bay Area? Try the Othermill at Noisebridge maker space. noisebridge.net/wiki/Othermi…

Nice. Guessing I need to source my own milling bits? This is close enough that I’ll probably have to try it out.
