Seems to be part for @apple these days as the latest iPad Pro has a design flaw where many have come out of the box, bent.
They're saying tough luck for those customers as well.

I saw that there’s a class action against Apple for a faulty screen design on their Apple Watch. So even if it doesn’t fall off your wrist, the screen can still break.
