If you are a subscription product I can buy fully online but I cannot cancel without calling a phone number during business hours then I hope your company fails and you go out of business. Happy New Year!

I make a good faith effort to cancel, and if it’s too hard or involves too much hoop jumping, I dispute the charge with my credit card company. Works every time.
