CEOs and Boards of Directors need to start demanding stronger security from their staff. Cybersecurity attacks are mounting on a daily basis and if you’re an easy target, you’ll get hit for sure. At the very least, encrypt personal data at rest.

I suggest replacing “demanding” in your tweet with “enabling” - I’ve never seen the CEO want more security than what the security team already wants, the problem is almost always the reverse, not enough resources allocated to the security team.
