Imagine if you had laughed in her face & asked for the police report? It’s obscene how folks are attacking & simultaneously wondering why we don’t report?
Years ago, I was in a college psych sexuality class and the woman next to me became upset and left. I followed her out and asked to help, she told me she was raped by her BF while her parents were home, and never told anyone. Telling me gave her the strength to tell her parents.

Anyone who thinks sexual crimes are usually reported to law enforcement have spent zero effort researching the topic. It’s well known that sexual crimes, including rape, are under-reported to a significant degree for a variety of reasons.
