Deep sigh. I want to relay my direct experiences with Regus @RegusUSA. The TLDR; if you expect any kind of customer support, accountability, or their apps to just work, you're going to be disappointed.

I signed up for a $600/Month membership that grants me access to a private hot office anywhere they have a building. I was told that I could schedule the office in their app. Cool, I thought. (Hi @RegusUSA - still looking at you)

Well, in the first week I had to call support EVERY SINGLE DAY to schedule my desk the next day. That took 10 minutes. The first day, I waited 20 minutes at the front desk because they couldn't figure out who I was. Reception was somewhat unfriendly about it too. (@REGUSUSA)

I had support tickets opened that were closed with "This issue is fixed" but ... you won't be surprised to hear this now, the issue wasn't fixed. When the second week started, I stopped calling but continued to escalate by email and check if it worked. It never did. (@REGUSUSA)

Then, Wednesday of last week I specifically asked my sales rep and support to cancel my account. I can't see anywhere to cancel in the UI. (@REGUSUSA)

Monday this week I emailed to confirm it had been done. At this point, I half expected incompetence. The response from my sales rep was "I can't help" and "I heard your issue was fixed." (@REGUSUSA)

When I got that email, I called support again. They confirmed that my account wasn't set up in such a way that I could cancel and assured me that I would not be billed. (HI @REGUSUSA)

Anyone that got this far knows what just happened. I got billed. I have never ... ever had such bad customer service. Each person meant well and was nice to me. Yet every time they didn't have correct information. The sales rep didn't step up to take care of me. (@REGUSUSA)

To recap: if you are considering @REGUSUSA think twice.

Replying to @mkonda
I only charge $300 a month for a private hot office in any of my buildings. I don't have any buildings, but the upside is you'll get the same service for half the cost.
