Also, as I have conversations with people, whether they are recruiting, partnering, sales or even implementation related - I will ask: "What is a cool tech thing you've seen or used recently." Of course, I have one ready too. Makes for some good conversations.

Coolest thing I’ve seen lately is a drone that circles around a construction site each day and alerts when construction deviates from the building plans.

Was there an A16Z podcast about that tech? If I recall correctly it’s using ML or AI at the image level too.

I'll have to listen to it, but this is the company: siteaware.com/. Their tech is amazing and they had stories, such as a mistake being made while building a race track and rather than having to dig up the entire track, they replayed their footage and found the problem.

I was so impressed, I was tempted to buy their solution and offer it as a service to local construction companies and/or their clients who want to keep a record of the work being done, and that it conforms to the building plans. Maybe I still will!
