True, but cases such as Grindr make me rethink the total ban on liability.
Grindr knew who the perpetrator was, knew their platform was abused, but took no action while over 1000 strangers showed up for sex at victim’s work and home for nearly a year.

Mine was the butterfly scene in Jojo Rabbit at the TIFF premiere. A giant packed theater on opening night all gasping at the exact same time.
