I scared my kids off Facebook by getting on it. Now I’m doing the same to Tik Tok.

Tiktok that for us!

One string at a time!
Who has nail fungus and thinks, why yes, I'd love to purchase medical treatment from a random stranger on the internet? I long for the days when I won the lottery or Bill Gates awarded me a prize.

Congrats, you won an award! Click here for your prize! ipeedalittle.com/click/
Advice: if you run an actual award program at Google: don't announce this with an email saying I've won an award in the subject and in the body ask me to click a link. I get several such emails per day already. Possibly just less genuine.

Here’s @alfiekohn 2012 essay on Summer Learning Loss: “Is there still a summer loss problem when we use more meaningful assessments [...]?” The answer is: We just don’t know. [...] we should refer to the phenomenon as “summer loss on standardized tests.” alfiekohn.org/blogs/summer/

Check out Hallmark Now streaming. Mild, G-rated programming that requires little emotional investment. It’s been pleasant to watch and easier to sleep after. Try ‘Summer Love’ which involves a tech company and lots of HR violations, but you suspend disbelief for that part. 😂

Awesome, thanks!

@TGSterling I really enjoyed your piece in AZ Central, thank you for writing it. FYI, this sentence should read "1918" instead of "2018": "The second wave was the killer wave. It attacked Phoenix in October and November, 2018." azcentral.com/story/opinion/…

Schools teach a lot of information that isn’t actually needed or used, so whether it’s learned and forgotten, or missed during a pandemic and forgotten, the end result is the same.

We bought a front-load washer and it had a fragerance we didn’t like. Turned out the gasket had been treated with MicroBan and the smell was never going away, so we returned it and bought a top-loader. No disclosure. microban.com/blog/micro-prev…
Just saw this.

One local hospital wants nothing homemade, the other takes donations and they wear the homemade items over their regular PPE to make the regular PPE last longer.

‘Lady’ was written in the toilet while being recorded, I think you’re doing ok. This video has the fun backstory: youtube.com/WI2CvL6UYvE
People that advocate wearing work clothes (or shoes) at home have clearly never worked from home. If the goal is to remind you that you’re supposed to be working at home, set the thermostat to something uncomfortable; that’s the universal signal that you’re at work.

We bought ours from Costco years ago, but seems now they have a dozen hair grow products, but nothing to make it shorter (except beard trimmers and hair removal).

I was at the premiere in Santa Monica and got to meet Michael Moore and Rip Torn. Fun movie!

My very first thought was “dear god why?” At least do a duet with Tiffany so it can be the new rickroll.
