Have a 2019 @Acura RDX?
Bookmark this video, you’ll need it when the console freezes on and won’t turn off (even with car off and locked!), draining the battery.
Dealer will yank the battery cable to reset, or you can do this:

Keep in mind, I've been using PayPal as a payment method for iTunes for close to a decade. It's not like I'm a new account trying to defraud Apple. Usually Apple customer service resolves my issues, but this time they were unreachable, so I used my right to dispute via PayPal.
Disputing a charge in the @apple@iTunes store via @paypal results in Apple blocking PayPal as a payment method, in violation of PayPal ToS:
"You shall not discriminate against PayPal, nor discourage its use, as a payment option over any other payment option offered by you."
If you're going to build a store, FFS, build in a proper customer service experience.
I cancelled an app subscription with @apple on Sunday, then yesterday (two days later), Apple charged me anyhow.

I am disappointed as well. I was told it is related to the cost and low viewership on YouTube, but if video is too expensive, perhaps they can do audio recordings instead.
It's not that I care that much about a $6.99 charge, it's that it would be rewarding a broken subscription system at Apple, and that they have made it impossible to resolve using their variety of contact methods - those look impressive until you try to actually use them.
If I can't get PayPal to refund the amount, next up is disputing the charge with the credit card company, let's hope the credit card company has a decent dispute system, since I'm 0 for 2 so far.
