My wife worked for @HP in Canada years ago and there was a critical shipment of printers held up because the cargo ship was blocked by ice. My wife solved it by hiring an ice breaker ship to clear a path to port, it was less expensive than defaulting on the shipment.

@CedarsFoods Your website says your recipe hasn’t changed, yet your original Hommus comes in two versions, one made with lemon juice (awesome) and one made with citric acid and guar gum (terrible). Any chance you can just settle on the lemon juice version? We love that one.
