Apparently @united thinks adding a middle name to my account constitutes a legal name change and is requesting I upload documents showing my old name (without a middle name) and my new name (with my middle name).
Citi is trying to catch fraudsters, but is also catching legit users, much like fishermen using nets for fish but is also catching dolphins. Got to adjust net when catch too much of wrong thing.

Dear @citi fraud team, I'm a false positive. Please fix your fraud rules so that you stop catching so many dolphins. This dolphin is about to close his account.

Might be the charging cable doesn’t have a good connection with the phone, so it charges much slower. Maybe lint build-up? Or bad cable?
