The auth process for @Citi by phone is to say your secret word, connect to the agent, they then mail a letter to you via the postal service and you call back when you receive it. I am not making this up. Dogbert must work there.

I love calling companies and authenticating via automated system, then talk to a live agent and having to auth a second time on same call. Don't ask for auth if you're not going to use it! (looking at you @Dell)
