@jeremiahg @RSnake A ficticious example of a browser that presumably would want your DNT defaulted to 0.
@RSnake Cookies taught us that what a spec says and what the UA actually does can be wildly divergent.
@RSnake @jeremiahg BTW, it cuts both ways, ad-supported browsers can't opt you into tracking. Has to be user choice.
