@bagder I do get that an email address can be recycled. I just don't understand how I managed to open a second Amazon account.
To Amazon's credit, they did find a way to help me. I now need to close that ghost Amazon account...
My first Kindle purchase didn't go well - it was bought with the wrong account and it can't be transferred. DRM punishes us paying customers
Amazon allows the same email address to have multiple accounts, with the password being the differentiator. Mass confusion ensues (for me).

Why doesn't Google use the Accept-Language header to determine the preferred language(s)? That is the purpose of it. Geo-IP is not reliable.
